As an Assistant Manager (Pod Lead)

You will oversee accounting engagements while leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring quality delivery of Australian tax and advisory services across multiple clients. This role places you at the forefront of leadership, driving performance, mentoring talent, and ensuring compliance excellence.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting legislation
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or advisory within a corporate or professional services environment
• CA or equivalent qualification (completed or in progress)

As an Assistant Manager

You will lead and support accounting engagements, delivering Australian tax and advisory solutions while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with stakeholders. This role is essential in maintaining service quality, strengthening client outcomes, and supporting business growth.

• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting regulations
• 3–4 years of experience in a corporate or professional services environment
• CA or equivalent qualification (completed or in progress)

As an AU Tax Accountant

You will support high-impact tax engagements for a leading Australian accounting firm, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of tax requirements. This role offers exposure to complex engagements while contributing to the growth of offshore accounting operations.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Australian accounting or taxation within a corporate or professional services environment
• CA qualified, Part-CA qualified, or actively pursuing the CA Program
• Solid understanding of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements
